M J Homes is a custom modular dealer, also known as off-site or system built housing. Our homes are built to meet local and state building codes. All MJ Custom Built Homes include delivery and set up of home, foundation (block or poured), water and sewer hooked up, heating system installed by licensed professional, seamless gutters and down spouts, one year cosmetic warranty, ten year home warranty program, experienced in house warranty service, assistance obtaining permits and securing a mortgage and final walk thru with owner upon completion.

MJ Custom Built Homes business model has taken seven years to perfect. Our model allows us to be the most cost effective builder and customer service is our priority. This means that we can compete with anyone regardless of size. Actually, our competitors cannot compete with us because we only build 12 homes per year. This allows us to give each customer our full undivided attention. We use Tempstar heating and cooling systems.  Several local companies service and sell this product and their warranty is the best around. We install on site with metal duct work to increase the effectiveness of your new heating and cooling system.

We also do basements, crawl space (laid block or poured), sidewalks, driveways, septic tanks, garages, and all home improvement projects.
